1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items that show signs of wear, damage, laundering, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Reasons for Return
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- An incorrect item was received
- Manufacturing defects identified upon inspection
Returns requested for reasons such as preference, change of mind, or sizing issues may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Latest Living is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original purchase.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
